5 Years of Baseflow

We’re not very good at celebrating our successes: always busy, always working on the next subsequent success. But we’re going to celebrate this one: with the team, we will visit Berlin next month to celebrate our 5th anniversary. And, of course, we have a pleasant surprise for our valued customers.

But it is also time to reflect on the past 5 years. Or, 6, because the preparation took almost a year. We had a solid plan. And a solid belief in what we wanted to achieve: an organization about people, not revenue maximization. An organization that provides an environment in which people can thrive, be themselves, and grow. Both professionally and personally. And have fun while doing so.

I’ve never could have dreamt it would turn out into what Baseflow is today: a diverse team of talented, skilled, and passionate people that are capable of designing and engineering excellent digital products. It is a humbling experience to work with all these people on a daily basis. And while I don’t want to pride ourselves, I truly believe our team is the best.

So a big ‘Thank You’ to our valued customers who trust us in doing “the right thing.” Day in, day out. Always with a mindset to do best for our customers.

I also like to thank my fellow members of the Baseflow leadership team: Baseflow is genuinely a team effort. And that requires hard work and dedication. Sometimes with struggles, most of the time with joy and excitement.

But the most enormous thanks is to the team, of course. It is a pleasure working with you all, and I can’t wait to see what we will do next.
